His leadership experience spans multiple national organizations and technical committees, helping guide the company’s continued growth across the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii.

VICE PRESIDENT
Brody Anderson leads the continued growth of Anderson Poolworks’ commercial projects across the Pacific Northwest. With more than 22 years of industry experience, he specializes in commercial renovations, construction consulting, and project management for recreation districts and property management groups, with deep expertise in pool safety and technical systems.

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMPANY OPERATIONS
Craig Nicholson oversees the Anderson Poolworks projects team and manages millions of dollars in commercial and residential aquatic projects each year. With a background in pool construction, operations, emergency response, and public safety leadership, Craig brings strong project management experience and technical oversight to every stage of construction and scheduling.

Susan Anderson oversees the administrative and financial operations of Anderson Poolworks and has been part of the company since its founding in 1997. Aden supports the operations and management side of Anderson Poolworks’ construction projects, helping coordinate project administration, compliance, permitting processes, and communication throughout each phase of construction. With seven years at Anderson Poolworks and certifications including PHTA Certified Builder Professional and Certified Pool Operator, Aden plays an important role in keeping projects organized and moving forward smoothly.

With multiple industry certifications and extensive hands-on field knowledge, Gary brings a well-rounded perspective to team development and jobsite safety throughout the company.
